1. Digital Goods Exemption Due to the nature of digital products (software, blueprints, courses), which cannot be "returned" once downloaded, all sales are final and non-refundable. This policy is in accordance with the "No Return, No Exchange" guidelines of the DTI regarding non-defective items.

2. Valid Refund Circumstances Exceptions are made only under the following conditions:

• Double Billing: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch.

• Non-Delivery: If you paid but did not receive the product link within 48 hours and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

3. Dispute Resolution Before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider (Xendit/GCash), you agree to contact us first at [hello@learn247.academy] to resolve the issue. Filing a fraudulent chargeback for a product that was successfully delivered will result in a permanent ban from our platform and may be reported to relevant credit bureaus.
